ABOUT ME - קצת עלי
הי, אני שלומצי :) ויש כמה דברים שאני מאוד אוהבת לעשות ואני מזמינה אתכם\ן כאן, להכיר אותם דרכי.
'קהינה - בית לריפוי' הוא מרחב טיפולים שפתחתי בשכונה שלי (שוק לוינסקי) שבו אני מציעה טיפולי מגע מגוונים (גישת פנטה-ריי, זן שאצו, אינטגרציית קול בתנועה) יחד עם ליווי רגשי ולמידה מעמיקה את הגוף ואינסוף הזרמים והאפשרויות האצורות בתוכו. בנוסף להנחיה ולמגע אני עובדת עם הקול שלי בשירה אינטואיטיבית וגם מנחה את המטופל להתחבר אל הקול שלו מתוך הגוף ומתוך מה שעולה ממנו.
החיבור של הקול אל הגוף, הכיר לי את הבוטו בשנת 2006 ומאז ידעתי שאני הולכת להתמסר אל הקסם הזה כמה שיותר. התחלתי לרקוד בוטו באופן קבוע אצל מיה דונסקי ואיילת אולמן והתחלתי להופיע במופעי סולו ויזמתי סדנאות בוטו, מופעים ושיתופי פעולה. השתתפתי בסדנאות בוטו בעולם ולמדתי צבעים שונים של בוטו והיום אני מאחדת אותם ומעבירה את החוויה שלי בשיעורים ובסדנאות.
בחיבור שלי עם הגוף אלמנט ההזנה מאוד מחובר אלי גם דרך זרימה ואנרגיות בגוף וגם באופן החומרי שלו - אוכל.
אוכל זה מתנה. הפעולה ההכרחית הבלתי פוסקת הזו יכולה להיות מעצימה עוד יותר בעיקר, בזכות זה שהאוכל יהיה כל כך טעים שהוא יהפוך לרגש, כן, בבטן. בישלתי הרבה שנים במקום קסום - קפה קאימאק ושם למדתי שיש לי מלא חלומות על אוכל ושם הגשמתי אותם וביחד גם הוצאנו ספר בישול ולפעמים בחורף אני חושבת לעצמי שבטוח יש כמה אנשים עכשו שמכינים מרק מהמתכון בספר :)
היום אני מבשלת באירועים קטנים שאני מפיקה ,או לפי הזמנה ומעבירה סדנאות בישול צמחוני ושורשי.
Hello, I'm Shlomtsi :) and there a couple of things I really love doing, so I Invite you here to get to know them thorough my way.
'Kahina' is a house, a healing space, located in Levinski Market in Tel Aviv where I offer varied healing - body sessions (Pantarei Approach, Zen Shiatsu, Voice In Movement Integration) along with an emotional guidance and deep learning of the body with its endless flows and possibilities treasured in itself. In addition to working with touch I work with my voice with 'intuitive chanting' and teaching the client to connect to his own voice, with-in his body and soul.
The connection between the voice with the body, introduced to me the dance of BUTOH in 2006. from that point I knew I'm about to give my self to this kind of magic as much as I can. I began dancing with Maya Dunsky and Ayelet Ulman in their classes and began to perform and producing events and workshops and many coop-orations. participated in workshops in different countries where I learned different approaches and colors of Butoh, and today I bind them together and teach that in my workshops.
In my connection to the body the element of nurish is deeply connected with me.through different flows and energies and also with it's more earthly being - FOOD.
Food is a gift. so tasty it becomes an emotion, already in the belly.
Iwas cooking for many years in the magical Caffe Kaymak, where I've learned that I have many dreams about food, and there was where it all started to come true. together, we also published a cooking book together, and somtimes in the winter, I imagine myself people cooking up some soup from the book and that makes me smile :)
Today I cook in special events and dinners by order and give workshops.
